  DiMone-Parlier Plumbing & Irrigation  We just moved to our new home in Leland, NC and encountered a plumbing issue on a weekend with a shower that would not shut off.  DiMone-Parlier had been recommended so we called them, and Justin came out to fix the issue with a new faucet cartridge.  He also educated us on that brand and model of cartridge which has a limited functional life.  He recommended that we replace all of the shower faucet cartridges, if they are the same model, based on the age of the house.

We called and got on his schedule during working hours and had him replace three more faucet cartridges.   You could feel by the stiffness of the faucets that they were all close to failure.  Justin and his coworker were only here a short time, but they got all the showers working as good as new.  He ran into one problem with a broken screw head in a mounting fixture that had not been originally installed properly.  He was able to get a tool in behind the fixture and unscrew the broken screw shaft then replace with a good screw to properly hold the shower plate.

Irrigation System:  While dealing with the separate plumbing problem, I realized DiMone-Parlier also does irrigation.  Our new home has an irrigation system that we’d never had in previous houses.   We had several small issues with our irrigation system we needed to have fixed, so Frank from DiMone-Parlier came out with his assistant and fixed a several items that were broken or just needed adjustments.   He also gave me a good quick education on the system, including preparing it for Winter and in the Spring.   I appreciated the knowledge and will call them again next time I need some help.

Both groups that came a day apart were professional but educated me, doing hard hot work but never complained.  My house is older and the irrigation is off the old pump.
