I live in Oak Island and needed my Rinnai Tankless Water Heaters repaired after they froze. I couldn’t find anyone who would do a good job servicing them on the island, and after talking to Rinnai, they recommended Di Mone-Parlier. I called, and they came out quicker than I expected on short notice. Unfortunately, my units were not installed correctly. They did a great job of replacing my units. I had a recent issue just prior to some renters coming in, and they came out RIGHT away (Same Day) and worked through the night to get everything ready for the renters.
